Prep Like a Pro
Set an alarm. Workouts start early—don’t fartsack!
Dress for the weather. Regular workout gear & good shoes.
Optional: Gloves for exercises on rough surfaces (mechanic gloves work great).

Want to sound like a veteran? Skim our Lexicon for F3 lingo.
Show up early. Introduce yourself as a first-timer (we call that an FNG—Friendly New Guy).
Bring water and a positive attitude. That’s all you need.
Modify exercises if needed. Go hard if you can; scale back if you can’t. Everyone starts somewhere.
Earn your F3 name. After the workout, the group will give you a nickname—your badge of honor.
Stick around for coffee (Coffeeteria). That’s where the real fellowship happens.
