We recommend bringing gloves and water. If it's your first time, or if you haven't been active in a while, expect to modify some or all of the exercises. Give yourself time and permission to work your way into a new lifestyle.
We will not leave you behind, but we will encourage you to push yourself.
Fitness is the starting point of F3, where men come together for free, peer-led workouts held outdoors, rain or shine. These workouts are open to all men, scalable for all fitness levels, and designed to push each participant beyond their comfort zone.
In addition to strength and health, F3’s fitness builds discipline, resilience, and the confidence that comes from overcoming a shared physical challenge.
Fellowship is what turns a workout group into a brotherhood. As men sweat, struggle, and succeed side by side, strong bonds form, leading to accountability, trust, and true community. F3 intentionally cultivates connection through post-workout coffee, social events, and opportunities to support one another through life’s ups and downs.
This aspect of F3 is as vital as fitness, and for many men, fellowship is the element that keeps them returning again and again.
Faith in F3 isn’t about promoting any one religion; it’s about believing in something bigger than yourself, and believing that you are part of a greater whole. For some men, that’s spiritual. For others, it’s a commitment to serve others or live with purpose.
F3 encourages men to lead with humility, step up in their families and communities, and live out their values through service and selflessness.
On May 31, 2025, in the early morning gloom, men from Phoenix, Tucson, and Yuma gathered at Friendship Park to launch Yuma’s first F3 workout, officially marking it as the first AO (Area of Operation) in Yuma, Arizona. The workout was led by Thomas, known in the F3 community as “Glory,” an eight-year participant and resident of the Phoenix East Valley.
Glory worked together with Yuma resident Erick—now known as Worldwide—to organize the launch. The group will continue meeting on Saturday mornings at Friendship Park, with the aim of growing locally as more men get involved. F3’s mission is to invigorate male community leadership by planting, growing, and serving small workout groups for men. Each location is led and sustained by the men who participate, with support from across the F3 Nation.
As with all F3 workouts, the morning ended with a Circle of Trust. Two local men received their F3 names: “Worldwide” and “Two-Stroke.” Several men in the circle shared what keeps them coming back to F3. The men shared prayer intentions and gratitude, and then ended with a group prayer.
The strength of the F3 mission can be seen in the 14 men who drove three hours on a Saturday morning to bring it to Yuma. These men showed up because they believe every man deserves what they have. F3 is a place to belong, to lead, and to be sharpened by other men.
Now the flag is planted. Yuma is on the map. And every man—regardless of background or fitness level—is invited to show up, step in, and discover what F3 has to offer.
