It’s time for the F3 ENC annual CSAUP (Completely Stupid And Utterly Purposeless) event: The Sasquatch.  This CSAUP is a 10-mile run/ruck with up to 5 intermittent workouts designed to test your endurance, stamina, and determination! 

 Run or Ruck, we will complete 10 mile (5 out and back along the greenbelt) with 5 beat downs (ruckers will complete 3 BD).  

We are looking at doing this as a convergence with PAX from East, West, and Central regions coming together to run/ruck far, do hard things, test our physical ability, and enjoy fellowship.
